Gum Treatment

Deep Cleaning

An SRP (Deep Cleaning) is the initial stage of treatment for gum disease. It is a thorough cleaning that removes non-visible bacteria developing underneath the gums.

Antibiotics

Arestin (deposited antibiotic) is placed into the gums after the procedure to prevent bacteria from growing back resulting in minimal pockets and healthier gums.

Advanced Micro Surgery

Those who have deeper pockets or have not responded to the deep cleaning are recommended to do Osseous. This laser surgery is a minimally invasive gum disease treatment to clean out the pocket, ultimately decreasing pocket depth.
